Frequently Asked Questions
Are the assessment quizzes' difficulty level appropriate?
To mitigate the concerns that tests are too easy or too difficult to pass, tests were set at an appropriate difficulty level. However, the package is meant for general public parents, catering to low academic ability learners also.
Can I download the applications?
Yes, if you interested to use the applications as offline content for yourself or your learners, please contact the site administrator for more details.
Why do I need to get the certificate?
There is no need to get the certificate but the certificate serves as a recognition for parents who have put in significant effort to complete their learning.
Why are there so many tests?
There are many tests because of the many topics involved. We try to make it simple for parents who just want to attempt a certain topic's assessment, that was why we divided the tests into several parts. Actually, in each test, there are not many questions.
How come some MOE topics are omitted?
If you know the MOE Cyber Wellness curriculum for students well, there are very few topics omitted. They are omitted mainly because:
1) It is too easy content for parents as parents should have prior knowledge about them;
2) The topic is too extensive to be fitted into the package as it will extend the total learning hours, which is not what we want. We want to make sure this e-learning course is effective. The only big topic not covered fully in this course is about Copyright.
Why is there a discussion forum in this package?
The discussion forum serves as a tool for learning when learners go through the unit applications, and also as a knowledge sharing platform for learners to come back to participate in the forum even when they have finished their training.
